Worksop Batch Loaf (V)
The recipe and technique for the Worksop Batch are traditional to the area; it has a very light, creamy and soft crumb. An excellent sandwich bread which is superb toasted.
All breads come sliced as standard
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Salt, water, Fresh Yeast, Whole Milk Powder, rapeseed oil, Semolina
Allergens: Gluten, Milk, Semolina
Store in a cool, dry place
