Diforti’s Balsamic Glaze is produced by combining cooked grape must, sugar and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP into an aromatic cream with a pleasant, well-balanced and bittersweet flavour – an authentic Italian food staple. Best enjoyed in small amounts to enhance eggs, meat, fish or seafood, our balsamic glaze also gives a special kick to fresh fruit and is suitable for vegetarians!
