A fresh and authentic spice which adds heat to your meal. Remove the seeds, cut off the steam and wash before use. Also wash your hands after chopping.

The kick of a chilli wonderfully complements a cool salad. Chop finely and sprinkle on top, but use sparingly.
Keep in the fridge, alongside a bottle of cold water for if you eat them fresh!
