Placed my 1st order the other day and was cautious as I saw the other reviews mentioned their stance on substitutes (I have allergies, so didn't want to pay for something I didn't order) but had a pleasant experience. My order was due to come the following week on Wednesday, but I received an email from Robyn P (after receiving a call from her the previous day (Tues) regarding the same order) that my order would be delayed if I wanted my enoki mushrooms due to an issue with the stockist delivery not arriving and I was offered the option to have them refunded, if I wanted to keep my original delivery date. Though my delivery was delayed by 2 days - I was updated throughout and did end up getting what I wanted, so I am extremely happy. Postage is was a flat rate of £5 with an extra £5 if you wanted weekend delivery - but it arrived securely via DPD (on the website, the booking shows an all-day slot for delivery, but DPD will provide a 1hr slot so you don't have to wait in all day). I also tried their white chocolate brownie, which at £2.80 a piece, was relatively expensive but definitely worth it as a treat and big enough to share as its so rich. Thanks again!
