Our sweet paprika is from Spain and is a deliciously sweet noble variety. It is great for lots of Spanish dishes and famously Hungarian Goulash. Why not try frying some peppers, onions and potatoes in olive oil, adding a good pinch of sweet paprika, before adding a fried egg? Delicious!
