A cross between a garden pea and a mangetout, sugar snap peas are crunchy in texture and very sweet in flavour. The peas inside are fully grown so the entire pod can be eaten raw or cooked.

Keep refrigerated in original packaging. For the best snap, eat soon after purchasing. Wash before use.
