Tom Yum Paste 400g
- No preservatives
- No artificial colours
- Add 50g of Tom Yum paste into 600ml boiling water, stir thouroughly.
- Add 200g of fresh shrimp or fish and 150g of mushrooms or other vegetables
- Cook until well done
- Add lime juice, fish sauce, taste and season as required.
For a thick Tom Yum soup, replace half of the water with coconut milk.
Ingredients: Lemongrass, Soybean oil, Sugar, Shallot, Hydrolised soy protein, Dried red chilli, Water, Garlic, Galangal, Fish sauce (Anchovy), Flavour enhancer: E621, Dried Shrimp, Kaffir lime peel.
