Lemon grass (80g)

Uniquely flavoured in that it tastes similar to a lemon, but is sweet rather than sour. Only the bottom half is edible, but the whole of a lemon grass stalk can be used for seasoning as long as it is removed before serving.

Drop a whole stalk into a curry, or chop the bottom four inches finely and cook in a stiry fry.

Wrap stalks tightly and store in the fridge.
