- 200g ripe strawberries (chopped)
- 1 avocado (chopped)
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- Add the strawberries (apart from a few pieces to top), avocado, balsamic vinegar and vanilla in a bowl or food processor and blitz until smooth. Taste it and add the maple syrup if you want to sweeten it more.
- Pour into freezable containers and add a strawberry to top it. When eating allow the mix to soften for a few minutes.
