A flavoursome blend of spices to marinate meat, fish. Simply mix 1 tsp Tandoori Masala with 4 tbs natural yogurt (or to taste) and blend well with your meat or fish. Leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours before grilling, baking or flame roasting on the BBQ!
Ingredients: Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Garlic, Celery, Ginger, Chilli, Cinnamon, Cloves, Onion, Star anise, Fennel, Black pepper, Satr Anise, Citric Acid, Bay leaves, Sugar, Silicon Dioxide, Lemon oil, Nutmeg and Cardamom.
