A wonderful type 0 flour made for pizzas with a ‘W’ value of 250. The ‘W’ value is used to highlight the strength of the flour based on its ability to absorb water as a dough and how well it will rise once baked. Granoro’s pizza flour has a calibrated ‘W’ value which means it will produce a perfect rise in the oven. It is also ideal for focacce and other similar bakes.
