This is a raw cultured interpretation of a traditional mascarpone cheese. It is made using the fresh warm cream of our Montbeliarde cows, straight from milking. Our happy cows live a fully free-ranging life on the rich basin marshes of the Waveney River Valley.
Use before the “Best before” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery.
