Diforti Soft Nougat Amaretto 135g is a light and sweet, traditional confection. Hand-made in Northern Italy by artisans.

Ingredients: sugar, ALMONDS (30%), Glucose syrup, Honey, Amaretti biscuits (5%) (sugar, apricot kernels, EGG white, LACTOSE and MILK proteins. Raising agents: Sodium bicarbonate, Ammonium carbonate: Flavourings), Amaretto paste (4%) (glucose syrup, Amaretti (25%)(sugar, apricot kernals, EGG white, LACTOSE, MILK Proteins. Leavening agent Ammonium bicarbonate: Flavourings), water, colouring: Sulphate Ammonia Caramel: flavourings, stabiliser pectin), EGG white, Gelling agents (pectin, sodium alginate), Wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower oil)
