Cashew & Cranberry Nut Roast Kit 200g
A deliciously wholesome vegetarian loaf packed with
Cranberries and cashew nuts.
Serves 2-3, Source of Protein, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free. High in Fibre
Not just for vegetarians! Also great a s stuffing!
Easy cook method:
1. Pour contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml cold water. Mix and let sit for 5 mins.
2. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided.
3. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F (Gas mark 4). Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow to cool a little. Slice and serve as desired.
