Beef – Blade of Beef Rolled

A cut that lends itself to slow cooking or braising, the blade of beef is perfect for slow cooking in curries. When cooked the gelatinous strip renders down adding depth to the flavour. A 1kg joint is about the right amount for 4 people.

2. Minimum 1.5kg (Medium)
3. Minimum 2kg (Large)
