This plant-based recipe box has enough delicious ingredients to feed a family of four for five evenings, plus breakfast and fruit for two people. The box contains fresh fruit and vegetables, pulses and grains, spices and herbs, plus some store-cupboard essentials. There’s also a handy recipe booklet with a week’s worth of ideas of how to use the ingredients. Our favourite is the sweet potato and kale curry!
