This is a sweet tasting spicy salami flavoured with chopped red chillies and paprika. Coarsely cut, it is deep red in colour and typical of the rustic cuisine from Abruzzo.
A soft and fragrant salami which is cured in salt and hung to mature to allow its natural flavour to develop.
This salami is based on the Parma tradition, with subtle flavours of pepper, garlic & white wine.
