Information Regarding Deliveries/Collection for “Local Customers”

A “Local Customer” is defined by customers who are getting a delivery from us in any NG, DE or LE postcodes.

All our Local deliveries are delivered in refridgerated vans. You will also recieve a tracking text/email so you know when your order is coming and have the ability to track your delivery in real time.

We have a few different ways of delivering to our local customers at Kerry’s Fresh, please see the different ways below…

  1. We offer “Free” or “Standard” delivery, when an order is placed before 12 noon on Monday. This order will be delivered to you on our pre set delivery day for your area. This pre set day will be shown at the checkout page, in your order confirmation email and can also be viewed by using the postcode lookup above.
  2. We also offer “Express” delivery, which means you will recieve your order in 1-2 days depending on the contents of your basket. This delivery option costs £5. Express delivery is availble Tuesday to Saturday and your delivery day will be stated at the checkout and also in your order confirmation email.
  3. Lastly we offer a “collect in store” option. This option is free, and your order will be ready to collect in 1-2 days depending on the items in your basket. Your collection day will be stated at the checkout page and in your email confirmation. Collections can be collected between 10am and 5pm.

A “National Customer” is defined by customers who are outside the range we deliver to in our own fleet. This means anyone ordering in the UK which isn’t in our local postcode areas (Please see local postcodes above)

We deliver all our “Nationwide” orders via DPD. We use DPD pre 12noon option in the week. Meaning any order placed to be delivered in the week should be with you before 12 noon. For Saturday deliveries we use the standard DPD option meaning your order will be with you where it sits on the DPD drivers route. With DPD, as long as you provide a valid email address and mobile numnber you will recieve a 1 hour delivery slot so you know when your order will arrive.

We have 2 delivery options for “Nationwide Customers”, both which cost £6.95

  1. We offer “Standard Nationwide” delivery, when an order is placed before 12 noon on Monday. This order will be delivered to you on our pre set delivery day for your area. This pre set day will be shown at the checkout page, in your order confirmation email and can also be viewed by using the postcode lookup above.
  2. We also offer “Express Nationwide” delivery, which means you will recieve your order in 2-3 days depending on the contents of your basket.  Express delivery is availble Wednesday to Saturday and your delivery day will be stated at the checkout and also in your order confirmation email.
